What's Included
✔️ Leak Detection & Identification: Thoroughly inspecting the indoor evaporator coils, outdoor condenser coils, and visible joints to locate the gas leak.
✔️ Nitrogen Pressure Testing (If Needed): Using high-pressure Nitrogen gas to track down stubborn, hidden micro-leaks inside the internal pipe network.
✔️ Gas Welding & Braising: Professionally sealing the cracked or leaking copper tubes using high-temperature copper welding/brazing torches.
✔️ Vacuuming & Flaring Fix: Re-making loose flare nuts/joints and vacuuming the moisture out of the pipeline to prepare it for seamless gas flow.
What's Excluded
❌ Gas Refilling / Charging Cost: This service only covers locating and fixing the leak. The cost of the actual gas refilling or topping up is excluded (must be billed separately after the leak is repaired).
❌ Cost of New Copper Pipes: If the existing copper pipe is completely damaged or rusted and needs a full replacement, the cost of the new pipe per foot will be charged extra.
❌ AC Deep Cleaning / Jet Wash: General water jet or chemical foam washing of the coils is not included in this technical repair package.
