Bathroom & Kitchen Wall Tiles: This service applies exclusively to floors; wall tiles in bathrooms and kitchens will not be scrubbed.
Heavy Furniture Moving: For safety, our team will not move massive wardrobes, beds, or heavy sofas to clean underneath them. Only accessible floor areas are covered.
Window & Glass Cleaning: Routine or deep cleaning of window glass, window frames, and tracks is excluded.
Cabinet Interior Cleaning: Cleaning inside kitchen cabinets, bedroom wardrobes, or storage closets is not included.
Active Workzones: We cannot clean floors in rooms where active painting, renovation, or concurrent maintenance work is ongoing.
Utility Provision: Customers must provide access to fresh running water and a steady electricity supply for our cleaning equipment.
Scope Creep: If the actual floor area exceeds the booked package or square footage on-site, extra charges will be added based on the increased scope.
