Inside Kitchen & Room Cabinets: Cleaning inside wardrobes, closets, or kitchen cabinets is strictly excluded.
Heavy Furniture Moving: Moving massive wardrobes, beds, or heavy sofas to clean behind them is excluded for safety.
Deep Window & Exterior Glass Cleaning: Heavy window stain removal, channel deep-vacuuming, and high-rise exterior glass cleaning are excluded.
Kitchen Hood & Exhaust Fan: Internal degreasing or cleaning of mechanical kitchen hoods and exhaust fans is excluded.
Delicate & High-Value Items: Cleaning luxury items like crystal chandeliers, expensive artwork, or fragile showpieces is excluded.
Excessive Ceiling Fans & High Ceilings: Cleaning more than 1 fan per room or exceptionally high, hard-to-reach ceilings is excluded.
Other Active Workzones: Cleaning rooms with active painting, renovation, or simultaneous maintenance work is excluded.
Utility Provision: Service does not include water or power; customers must provide fresh water and electricity access.
Scope Creep: Any extra rooms or spaces beyond the initial booked package size are excluded unless a price adjustment is agreed upon.
