What's Excluded
No Thai Glass or Window Work: This service is strictly for painting and damp proofing. Any Thai glass installation, sliding window repairs, or aluminum structural work is completely excluded.
No Civil Masonry Work: We do not provide wall plastering, bricklaying, or major civil masonry work. Once the raw wall structure is ready, we take over for putty and painting.
No Material Purchase Without Advance: If the client does not purchase the paints and waterproofing chemical materials directly, a specific portion of the material cost must be paid as an advance for us to source them.
