Why is an on-site visit required for spaces above 1600 sq ft, and how does the charge work?
For larger spaces above 1600 sq ft, a price quotation cannot be accurately determined without evaluating the layout and cleaning requirement. In such cases, an on-site inspection is scheduled for a visiting charge of ৳250. However, if you proceed with our cleaning service, this ৳250 visiting charge will be fully adjusted and deducted from your final bill.
Will there be any hidden charges after the service is completed?
Absolutely not. We believe in 100% transparent pricing. The price quoted to you before the service starts is exactly what you pay on your final invoice. There are zero post-service surprises or hidden material costs.
Do I need to pay or tip the technicians separately?
