High-Rise & Building Painting: Skilled painting teams equipped with proper safety gear, ropes, or scaffolding to safely paint multi-story buildings and apartments.
Boundary Wall & Gate Painting: Complete finishing of boundary walls, exterior pillars, and application of rust-preventive metallic paints on main gates and grills.
What's Excluded
No Interior Painting or Glass Work: This service is strictly dedicated to exterior walls and surfaces. Any indoor room painting or Thai glass/window work is completely excluded.
No Major Structural or Plastering Repairs: We fix hairline cracks and surface issues for painting prep. However, breaking down walls, major cement plastering, or bricklaying (civil masonry) is not included.
No Material Purchase Without Advance: If the client does not provide the exterior paints and waterproofing chemicals directly, a specific advance payment is required for us to procure authentic branded materials.
