Burrow & Hidden Nest Treatment: Targeted treatment of outdoor burrows and hidden indoor cavities to eliminate rodents at their source.
Sanitation & Proofing Advice: Detailed guidance on removing rodent attractants (food and water sources) and professional recommendations on how to seal structural gaps to block future entry.
What's Excluded
Major structural modifications, masonry work, or concrete filling to seal large entry holes and broken pipes are excluded.
Cleanup of extensive rodent droppings or structural sanitization/disinfection of contaminated attics/crawlspaces is not included in the standard pest control package.
Treatment for other wildlife or flying pests is excluded and will be handled as a separate specialized service.
